Michael J. Holloway

Michael Holloway is a versatile and passionate musician dedicated to exploring every corner of the musical world. While the tuba is his primary instrument and area of greatest expertise, he is equally passionate about performing at the piano, singing, arranging, and composing. 

Mr. Holloway seizes every musical opportunity presented to him, using each experience to satisfy his artistic curiosity while inspiring and enriching those around him. His professional journey has allowed him to serve in a variety of roles, including low brass instructor for high school programs, solo competition performer, composer and arranger for collegiate and secondary ensembles, and conductor of ensembles at multiple levels. 

As a performer, Mr. Holloway has appeared as a featured tuba soloist and has also performed as a bass vocalist with several choral ensembles. Rather than limiting himself to a single musical discipline, Mr. Holloway embraces the full spectrum of the art form with a steadfast commitment to lifelong learning, artistic excellence, and continued professional growth.
